Arman Uzbekbayev

Arman Uzbekbayev is the Chief Executive Officer of the Research Institute of Applied Sciences and Technologies LLP, where he leads the institute’s strategic and technological agenda across advanced engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, and applied scientific research.
He is currently a PhD doctoral researcher at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications named after Gumarbek Daukeev (AUES) in the field of robotics, mechatronics, and intelligent systems. He graduated with honors from AUES with a Bachelor’s degree in Control and Measurement Instruments and Systems in Robotics.
With a background that combines academic research, engineering practice, and organizational leadership, Arman focuses on translating scientific knowledge into real-world technological solutions. His work spans robotics, AI-driven systems, industrial automation, embedded and cyber-physical systems, assistive technologies, and aerospace-related control and monitoring systems.
At the institute, he is responsible for strengthening research capacity, advancing high-impact R&D initiatives, and fostering partnerships between academia, industry, and the innovation ecosystem. His leadership is guided by a commitment to scientific rigor, practical implementation, and the development of technologies that contribute to industrial modernization and national technological advancement.
Arman Uzbekbayev is the author and co-author of scientific publications presented in international journals and conferences, with research covering robotic systems, rehabilitation devices, intelligent control algorithms, artificial vision, prosthetic technologies, and applied machine intelligence.
