Nawras Bukhari is a seasoned engineer with international experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and data-driven systems. A Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), he has successfully led and contributed to numerous projects across corporate, research, and commercial domains.
Currently serving as the Deputy Director at the Scientific Research Institute of Applied Sciences and Technologies, he oversees key areas related to AI integration, cybersecurity, high-load infrastructures, and real-time data systems. His role includes guiding the institute’s digital transformation and technological strategy.
Previously, Nawras held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Dubaipioneer (Bahrain) and led engineering teams at Fakturis, managing over 40 developers and engineers. He also completed a technical internship at Amazon UAE, where he gained valuable experience in designing secure enterprise-grade cloud architectures.
